Ordering Information

The products below are available for direct purchase from OLTOM Engineering AB.

Our payment partner is Paypal, which accepts major credit cards and funds in Paypal accounts.

Order Process for Webshop

1. Prices are given in Euros (EUR). VAT tax and shipping is not included.
2. Select the items you would like order below. The products will be added to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will open in a new window or tab in your browser.
3. When all items have been added, select View Cart to proceed to checkout.
4. Freight charges will be added to your order.
5. EU Customers must provide their VAT registration number, otherwise your order will not be processed. If you do not have a valid VAT registration number we will have to add 25% VAT tax to your order. To add VAT registration:
   1. Proceed to checkout and Review Your Payment
   2. Click Add Special Instructions to Merchant
   3. Enter your VAT registration number in the box provided.
   4. Click Save.
   5. Review your order and check that order and VAT number are correct.
   6. Click Pay Now
6. All orders are final and are not refundable.

Alternative Order Process for Email Order

If you prefer to order by email instead:

1. Send an email to sales@oltom.com
2. State Order Number, Product Name and amount for the products you wish to order.
3. For orders within EU, include your VAT registration number.
4. We will send you an email invoice for your order, payable via Paypal.

Warranty Information

Our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects one year from the purchase date. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product.
